Yoga: Great Exercise for Fibromyalgia



Yoga has been shown to decrease the symptoms of fibromyalgia including decreasing muscle and joint stiffness and pain, increasing balance and helping with depression related to fibromyalgia.

I have found a wonderful site online that offers free yoga DVD's for beginners and advanced yogies. Because yoga is so important in the treatment of Fibromyalgia, I invite you to try these free DVD's. If your a beginner, remember to start real slow and work your way up.
